As long as I can remember I was writing poems and songs. It seemed my only way to process my emotions. Even in grade school, I couldn’t seem to learn my multiplication tables until my mom found a 45 vinyl record with a catchy song reciting the equations! That was the day I learned them all and got my silver star on the chart in the classroom! My career as an ‘On Air Personality’ and Lead singer in performing bands, brought me to promoting and playing everyone else’s songs, and years of screaming those songs live on stage helped me get through some hard times! All the while I was still writing but never sharing my own songs. Music saved my soul and each song I heard and sang along with made me feel less alone in my feelings. My goal in sharing my music is to hopefully give that gift to someone else who needs it just as badly as I did!
